BEGINN1%;G at the Northeast cornerof Bloc k 5, Cherokee County School Land and the Northwest corner
o1 a tract of land owned by M.J. Boyer and described in Volume 46, Paee 194 Deed of Trust;
THENCE S 00. 01' 30" W at 30.0 feet pass a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the South line of 77 Ranch Road in
all a distance of 995.04 feet along the West line of the Boyer tract to a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the
North line of State Highway 79 for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 55. 36' 30" W 1371.93 feet along the North line of Highway 79 to a 1/2 inch iron rod set at the
beginning of a curve to the right;
THENCE in a Southwesterlv direction with the curve to the right on the North line of Highway 79
having a Radius of 1859.86 feet, a Central Angle of 33' 36% an Are Length of 1090.68 feet the Chord
bears S 72. 25' 30" W 1075.12 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set at the end of the curve;

Survey Abstract 1071 to a Bridge Spike set;

all a distance of 901.2 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set;
THENCE S 89' 34' 33" E 3750.0 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the East line of the Chambers Survey
and the West line of the Clour Subdivision;
THENCE S 00" 07' 06" E 901.2feet to a Bridge Spike set in the centerof 77 Ranch Road at the Southwest
corner of the Clour Subdivision;
THENCE S 89. 24' 33" E 2173.52 feet along the center line of 77 Ranch Road and the South line of the
J. Clour Subdivision and H.T.& B. RR. Co. Survey No. 43 to the Place of Beginning and containing 255.98
