to St. Benedicts Antiochlan Orthodox Christian Church Recorded at Vol. 1794, Page 359, Official Records
of Wichita County, N 65 03' 20' E 201.90 feet to 1" pipe found at the Northeast corner of said 3.16
acres;
THENCE with East line of sold 3.16 acres, S 24' 52' 57" E, at 549.45 feet pass iron rod found, and
continuing In all 551.45 feet to Iron rod set at Its Southeast corner in North Boundary line of Seymour
Road;
THENCE with said boundary, S 65' 15' W 200.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 4.006
acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed hereto, and in
