BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the North fine or Seymour Road that is S 85• 07' 39" W 2490.5 feet from the
East line of the Robert Evans Survey, a 3/8 inch iron rod found at the Southwest corner of the Greek Orthodox
Addition bears N 65. 07' 39" E 200.0 feet and N 24. 52' 21" W 2.0 feet;
THENCE 3 55. 07' 39" W 102.0 feet along the North line of Seymour Road to a 1/2 inch iron rod set next to a 2 inch
pipe;
THENCE N 24''52' 21" W 10.0 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod met on a curve to the right;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with the curve to the right as shown on the plat of record for Rivercrest
Park Addition, Volume 3, Page 82, having a Radius of 52.0 feet, a Central Angle 121' 21' 57", an Arc Length 110.15
feet the Chord bears N 58, 15' 39" W 90.68 feet to A 1/2 inch iron rod set on the back of the East curb of McGrath
Lane (formerly Winann);
THENCE N 02' 25' 39" E 28.61 feet along the East curb of McGrath Lane to a 1/2 inch iron rod Be at the beginning
of a curve to the left;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with the East curb of McGrath Lane having a Radius of 43.85 feet, Central
Angle of 19. 06', Arc Length 14.62 feet, the Chord bears N 07' 07' 21" W 14.55 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod last at the
beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 297.0 feet, the center bears S 79. 34' 19" W;
THENCE N 65' 07' 39" E 134.34 feet leaving McGrath Lane along the line of a tract owned by LWL partnership
Volume 1236, Page 455, to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 24. 52' 21" E 125.0 feet along the line of the LWL tract to the Place of Beginning and containing 0.42 Acre
of land. The bearings in these Field Nat" are MAD 83 Grid bearings from Solar Observations.
