the above said Lot 1 of the Cheyenne Addition, and lies in the East right—of—way line of Old Jacksboro Highway,
THENCE with the East Right —of —Way line of Old Jacksboro Highway, South 91.41 feet to an iron rod set at
the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 5679.65 feet; .
THENCE Southerly with the said curve for an arc distance of 175.9 feet to an iron rod set for the
Southwest corner of Lot 2, Cheyenne Addition;
THENCE with the
South line of said Lot 2, S 89' 50' 30" E 649.52 feet to an
iron rod found at the
Southeast corner
of said Lot 2, and lies in the
West right—of—way line of Ditto
Lane;

15' 40" W 267.2 feet to an iron
rod found at the
Northeast corner
of this tract, said point being
the Northeast corner of Lot 1,

THENCE N 89' 50' W, at 351.0 feet pass an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2—A of the
Cullum Subdivision and continuing on some course in all 651.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 3.994 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereon and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
