THENCE S 33' 27' 47" E along the West right-of-way line of Burnett Street, a distance of
810.50 feet to an iron rod set in the intersection of the West right-of-way line of sold
Bumett Street and the North right-of-way line of Fourth Street, a dedicated street, for an
East comer on this tract;
THENCE S 56' 24' 45" W - 327.02 feet to an iron rod set at the intersection of the North
right-of-way line of said Fourth Street and the East right-of-way line of Bluff Street, a
dedicated street, for a South comer on this tract;
THENCE N 33' 31' 00' W along the East right-of-way line of said Bluff Street, a distance of
430.89 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 8.72 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
