to plat recorded in Volume 23, Page 89, Wichita County Plat Records, said iron rod being in the West line
of Sheppard Access Road,
THENCE N 89' 51' W with the North line of said Block 1, a distance of 825 12 feet to an iron rod found in
the East line of M K & T. Railroad for the Southwest corner of this tract.
THENCE Northwesterly with the East line of M K & T Railroad, being 50.0 feet Easterly from the center
of same, and with a curve to the right having a radius of 5680 0 feet and a central angle of 01 ° 47' 07" for
an arc distance of 177 0 feet to an iron rod found for the Northwest comer of this tract and the Southwest
comer of a tract conveyed to Willis -Ingram at Volume 1570, Page 788, Wichita County Deed Records,
THENCE N 890 16' E a distance of 529.19 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of 0.828 acre
tract conveyed to Harold Corbett at Volume 1033, Page 493, Wichita County Deed Records,
THENCE N 88" 58' E a distance of 206,81 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of a 0.364 acre
tract conveyed to Harold Corbett at Volume 1129, Page 157, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE S 00' 12' E a distance of 74.8 feet to a point, the Southwest corner of said 0.364 acre tract;
THENCE S 850 17' E a distance of 183.99 feet to a point in the West line of Sheppard Access Road;
THENCE S 050 51' W with the West line of Sheppard Access Road a distance of 77.6 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 2 901 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascnbed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown or the purposes and consideration
