BEGINNING at iron rod found at the Southwest comer of Lot 24 and the Southeast corner of

Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being the Southwest corner of this tract;

said Lot 25 for an angle comer of this tract, said rod being in the South right—of—way line

THENCE Northwesterly with curve to the left an arc distance of 114.97 feet (Chord = N 06'
13' 11" W — 91.16 feet) to an iron rod found at the Northwest comer of Lot 22, Block 1,

Estates, Section 1 as recorded in Volume 27, Page 508, Wichita County Plat Records for an
angle comer of this tract;
THENCE N 17' 53' 08" E, with the North line of said Lot 22, a distance of 209.00 feet to an
iron rod set at the Northeast comer of said Lot 22, said rod being the Northeast comer of
this tract;
THENCE S 33' 57' 28" E, with the West line of the Big Wichita River, a distance of 151.02
feet to an iron rod set for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE S 47' 00' 20' E, continuing with the West line of the Big Wichita River, a distance of
190.04 feet to on iron rod set for on angle comer of this tract;
THENCE S 43' 59' 04' E, continuing with the West line of the Big Wichita River, a distance of
129.98 feet to an iron rod set for the Southwest comer of said Lot 25 and this tract;
THENCE S 76' 06' 00" W. with the South line of said Lot 25, a distance of 300.10 feet to
the PLACE of BEGINNING and containing 1.707 acres of land.
