angle of 155' 12', for an arc distance of 135.5 feet to an iron rod found at the end of the curve;

THENCE N 84' 18' W with the South line of said Lot 5-A, a distance of 292.0 feet to the Southwest

THENCE N 07' 44' E a distance of 342.5 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1,969 acres of land
