metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 19, Block 1, Brandywine Estates per plat as
recorded at Volume 27, Pages. 152 & 153, Wichita County Plat Records, said point also Iles in the East
Right —of Way line of Driftwood Drive, a dedicated street, for the Southwest comer and the Place of
Beginning of this tract;
THENCE with said East right—of—way line of Driftwood Drive, N 25'19' W 170.0 feet to an iron rod for the
Northwest comer of Lot 18, Block 1, of said Brandywine Estates and for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 64' 41' E 272.4 feet along the North line of said Lot 18 to an iron rod for the Northeast comer
of said Lot 18 for the Northeast corner of this tract, said point lies in the West bank of the Big Wichita
River,
THENCE In a Southwesterly direction along said West Bank of the Big Wichita River and It meanders as
follows: S 24' E 132.5 feet to an angle point and S 34' E 38.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast comer
of Lot 19, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 6441' W 275.0 feet along the South line of said Lot 19 to the Place of Beginning and containing
1.058 acres ( 46092 square feet ).
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
