County Deed Records, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northwest corner of a 35.384 acre tract out of the Robert Evans
Survey A-74, Wichita County Texas, described In Warranty Deed from L.W. Riesen to Larry R.
Rains, at al, at Volume 1272, Page 874, Wichita County Deed Records, said comer also being
the Southwest corner of a 3.255 acre tract conveyed to Ann Vinson at Volume 1695, Page 537,
Wichita County Deed Records, and in the East line of Turtle Creek Road; thence with fence
S 89' 27' E 873.0 to the Northwest corner of Lot 14, Block 1, for the Place of Beginning of this tract;
THENCE with fence S 89'27'26" E 152.59 feet to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 12'50'56" E 148.86 feet to an Iron rod in a curve in the North right—of—way line of
Driftwood (a dedicated street), the bearing to the radius Is S 12'50'56" E;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction along said curve to the left with a radius of 50 feet, a central
angle of 99'16'19", an arc length of 86.63 feet to an iron rod, the chord bears S 27'30'54" W 76.19 feet;
THENCE S 73'30'04" W 137.84 feet to on iron rod for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 13'53'40" W 83.09 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 00'32'34" E 172.66 feet to the place of beginning and containing,,. sr,y acres.
