BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the West corner of said Lot 73, Block 4, also being the

the East right-of-way line of Shady Grove Lane, for the West corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING
of this description:
THENCE N 60' 02' 19" E with the Southeast line of said Lot 74, a distance of 158.38 feet to
an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of Lot 74 and the Northwest corner of Lot 70,

the right with a radius of 532.14 feet, for an arc distance of 208.91 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.63 acre of land (chord of this arc segment bears N 41' 12' 28" W
207.57 feet).
