described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southwest comer of Lot 42, Block 1, Bridge Creek Estates, Section 6 as
shown on a plot recorded at Volume 28, Pages 404 and 405, Wichita County Plat Records, and being the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 59' 21' 00" W. with the Southwest line of said Bridge Creek Estates, Section 6, a distance of 396.09
feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of said Bridge Creek Estates, Section 6, for the Southwest
comer of this tract;
THENCE N 04' 52' 16" E with the West line of said Bridge Creek Estates, Section 6, a distance of 180.70 feet
