THENCE N 00' 03' 30" W with the West line of said Lot 20, a distance of 88.32 feet to an iron rod
found in the South line of Lot 18, Bridge Creek Estates, Section 5, for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE S 63' 03' 23" W with the South line of Lot 18, a distance of 26.04 feet to an iron rod found
for the most Westerly Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N D1' 29' 56" E with the West line of said Lot 18, a distance of 126.29 feet to an iron rod
found in the South right-of-way line of Goldenrod Court, said rod being in a curve to the left having a
radius of 50 feet and a central angle of 44' 47' 29", for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction with the South line of Goldenrod Court and with said curve to the
left, an arc distance of 39.09 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said Lot 18, for the
