A 8.361 acre tract of land out of the Robert Evans Survey, Abstract 74, Wichita County, Texas, being more
specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod being the most northerly angle point in the west line of Lot 108A, Canyon
Trails, Section One, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls as recorded in Volume 27, Pages 143 and 144 of
the Wichita County Plat Records, and being the southeast comer of Lot 95, Canyon Trails, Section Five, also
an addition to the City of Wichita Falls as recorded in Volume 27, Pages 647 and 648 of the Wichita County
Plat Records for the northeast comer and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE SOUTH 41'34'18' WEST 423.77 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE SOUTH 74.45'01' WEST 604.83 feet to a 1/2 inch Iron rod for the southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE NORTH 23'19'31" WEST 411.26 feet to a 1/2 Inch Iron rod being the southwest corner of Lot 131A,
Canyon Trails, Section Five, as recorded in Volume 27, Page 884 of the Wichita County Plat Records for the
northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE NORTH 48.59'23* EAST 131.00 feet along the south line of said Lot 131A to a 1/2 Inch iron rod being
the southeast comer of said Lot 131A and the southwest comer of Lot 130 of said Section Five for an angle
point in the north line of this tract;
THENCE NORTH 77.54'23' EAST 578.49 feet along the south line of said Section Five to a 1/2 Inch Iron rod
being the southeast comer of Lot 126 and the southwest corner of said Lot 95 both of said Section Five for
an angle point In the north line of this tract;
