Plat Records for the Northeast comer and Place of Beginning of this description;
THENCE leaving said North line, S 46. 02' 12" W a distance of 123.54 feet along the East line of said
Lot 4—A to an iron rod set in a curve on the North right—of—way line of Judson Circle for the Southeast
comer of said Lot 4—A and the Southeast comer of this description;
THENCE along the said North right—of—way line of Judson Circle as follows:
in a Westerly direction along a curve to the left, having a radius of 50.0 feet, a central ongle
of 64.34'32" for an arc distance of 56.35 feet to a found iron rod for comer,
N 83' 10' W a distance of 108.37 feet to a found iron rod at the Southwest corner of said Lot 2-8
for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 06' 50' E with the West line of said Lot 2—B, a distance of 100.00 feet to a found iron rod
for the Northwest comer of said Lot 2-8 and the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 83' 10' E a distance of 239.70 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 0.448 Acre
(19,506 square feet) of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use
