Plat Records and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northeast comer of Lot 6—A, Block 2, Country Club Square, for the
Northeast comer and Place of Beginning of this description;
THENCE S 00' 12' E with the East lines of Lot 6—A & 7—A, Block 2, a distance of 122.5 feet to an
iron rod found for the Southeast comer of said Lot 7—A and the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE along the South line of said Lot 7—A as follows: S 69' 48" W 50.0 feet; S 44' 48" W 7.1 feet
and S 89' 48' W 45.0 feet to an iron rod found in the East right—of—way line of Judson Circle for the
Southwest comer of said Lot 7—A and ithe Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE along the said right—of—way line of Judson Circle as follows: N DO' 12' W 87.5 feet to an iron
rod found in a curve of said right—of—way for comer, in a Northwesterly direction along a curve to the
left, having a radius of 50.0 feet, central angle of 47' 11' 41", for an arc distance of 41.2 feet to an
iron rod found in said curve for the Northwest comer of the tract and the Northwest comer of said
Lot 6—A;
THENCE N 89' 48' E along the North line of said Lot 6—A, a distance of 98.4 feet to the Place of
Beginning and containing 0.253 acre ( 12,344 square feet) of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use
of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
