Highland Addition as recorded in Volume 26, Pages 76 & 77. Wichita County Plat Records for the
Northeast comer and Place of Beginning. of this description;
THENCE S 83' 10' E with the North line of said Block 2, a distance of 27.5 feet to an iron rod at the
Northeast comer of Lot 7 for the Northeast comer of this tract, said rod Iles In the East line of

THENCE S 00' 12' E with the East line of sold Block 2, a distance of 227.46 feet to an iron rod for the
