bears N 83' 20' W 45.72 feet and S 06' 40' W 15.85 feet from the Southeast comer of Lot 4, Block 1,
Highland Addition as recorded in Volume 26, Pages 76 & 77. Wichita County Plat Records for the
Northeast comer and Place of Beginning of this description;
THENCE leaving said North line, S 46' 02' 12" W a distance of 123,54 feet to an iron rod In a curve
of the North right—of—way line of Judson Circle for the southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE along the said North right—of—way line of Judson Circle as follows: in a Northwesterly direction
along a curve to the left, having a radius of 50.0 feet, central angle of 64.58, for an arc distance of
56.35 feet to an angle point In said line; N 83' 10' W a distance of 153.4 feet to an iron rod at a point
of curvature; in a Northwesterly direction along a curve to the right, having a radius of 125.0 feet, a
central angle of 2.28' for an arc distance of 5.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest comer of Lot 1,
Block 2, Country Club Estates and for the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 06' 50' E with the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of 99.9 feet to on iron rod for the
Northwest comer of said Lot 1 and the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 83'10' E a distance of 289.7 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 0.563 Acre
(24,506 square feet) of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use
of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
