South corner of this tract;
THENCE N 68' 07' 24" W with fence, a distance of 174.11 feet to a 2.5" fence post for an
angle conrer of this tract;
THENCE N 77' 12' 08" W with fence, at 234.60 feet passing a 2.5" iron fence post and
continuing on the some course, in all a total of 399.16 feet to a point on the East bank of
the Big Wichita River• for the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 21' 05' 00" E with East bank of the Big Wichita River, at 152.74 feet passing the
Southwest comer of said Lot 68, and continuing on the some course, in all a total distance
of 368.94 feet to a point for an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE N 35' 26' 00" E with the East bank of the Big Wichita River, a distance of 67.00
feet to the Northwest comer of said Lot 68 and the Southwest comer of a tract conveyed
to Abbye Warner by deed recorded in Vol. 1348. Pg. 815 of the Wichita County Deed Records,

Warner tract, at 112.90 feet passing an iron rod found and continuing on the some course, in
all a total distance of 663.40 feet to an iron rod found In the West line of Wranglers

rod set and continuing on the some course in all, a total distace of 287.20 feet to the
