Section One, and continuing N 89' 33' E, in all a distance of 861 77 feet to the Northeast corner

corner for the Southeast corner of this tract,
THENCE S 89" 46' W with the South line of said Lot 58, at 851.40 feet pass its Southwest corner
and the Southeast corner of said Lot 70 and continuing, S 89" 46' W, in all a distance of 2332.54
feel to the Southwest corner of said Lot 70 for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 09'30" E with the West line of said Lot 70 a distance of 806 23 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 41.99 acres of land.
