210.77 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 69;
THENCE with the South line of said Lot 69, as follows S 46° 00' W 42.42 feet and N 89' 00' W - 1433.44 feet
to the Southwest corner of Lot 69 for the most Southerly Southwest of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 07' 30" E - 220,84feet to an iron rod set for an ell corner of this tract,
THENCE N 88' 52' 39" W - 1301.42 feet to an iron rod set for an angle point of this tract,
THENCE N 370 47' W - 371.0 feet to a point on the East bank of the Big Wichita River for the most Westerly
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the East bank of Big Wichita River as follows: N 80" 39' E, 117.5 feel; N 63" 51' E, 157.7 feet;
N 30' 4T E, 174.4 feet, N 08" OT E, 227.7 feet; N 23' 51' E, 502.9 feet; N 17° 02' E, 195.0 feet and N 21" 11'
E, 163.8 feet to a point, the Southwest corner of a 3.61 acre tract for the most Westerly Northwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE with the South line of 3.61 acre tract as follows: S 77' 14' 44" E, at 164.7 feet pass a 2 '/2" pipe fence
corner and continuing S 77" 14' 44" E, in all a distance of 399.23 feet to a 2 W pipe fence corner; S 68° 04'
24" E - 174.15 feet to a 2 '/2" pipe fence corner; and N 47' 01' 59" E - 387.27 feet to an iron rod found at its
Southeast corner and an angle point in Wranglers Retreat for the most Northerly Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 83" 16' 36" E, with the South line of Wrangler's Retreat 100.0 feet to an iron rod found, the
Northwest corner of Lot 67, Landrum & Henderson Subdivision, Section One, according to plat recorded in
Volume 27, pages 55-56, Wichita County Plat Records, for the most Northerly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 32" 12' W with the Northwest line of said Lot 67, a distance of 187.06 feet to an iron rod found;
THENCE S 000 07' 30" W with the West line of said Lot 67, at 702.49 feet pass its Southwest corner and
continuing S 00° 07' 30" , in all a distance of 1502.66 feet to an iron rod, the Northwest corner of Lot 59, of
said Section One, and the Northwest corner of said Lot 69, for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE s 89' 00' E, with the South line of said Lot 59, and the North line of said Lot 69, a distance of
1466.84 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 48.34 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
