Tract No. 1 - (Lots 71-791
BEGINNING at a point on the East line of J. Tyler Survey, A-568, N 00' 14' W 2906.6 feet from
its Southeast comer, said point being the Southeast comer of Landrum & Henderson Subdivision,
Section One and also being in the center of Arena Road (F M. Hwy. 369),
THENCE S 00' 14' E with the East line of J. Tyler Survey, A-568 and the center of Arena Road
a distance of 1800.00 feet to a point for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 890 46' W at 60.0 feet pass an iron rod and continuing on same course, in all a
distance of 1760.0 feet to an iron rod, for the Southwest comer of this tract,
THENCE N 000 14' W 1800.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest comer of Lot 51 of Landrum
& Henderson Subdivision, for the Northwest comer of this tract,
THENCE N 890 46' E with the South line of Lot 51, at 1700.0 feet pass an iron rod at its
Southeast comer and continuing on same course, in all a distance of 1760 0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 72.73 acres of land.
Tract No. 2 - (Lots 69 & 70)
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southeast comer of Lot 59, Landrum & Henderson Subdivision,
Section One, said iron rod being in the West line of Wranglers Retreat,
THENCE S 01' 00' W with West line of Wranglers Retreat a distance of 240.77 feet to an Iron
rod an ell comer of this tract,
THENCE N 89' 33' E with South line of Wranglers Retreat a distance of 30.0 feet to an iron rod,
the Northwest comer of Lot 58 of Landrum & Henderson Subdivision,
THENCE S 010 00' W with West line of Lot 58, a distance of 775.0 feet to an iron rod at its
Southwest comer in the North line of Lot 56, for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 890 46' W at 275.65 feet pass an iron rod at the Northwest comer of Lot 56 and
continuing on same course, in all a distance of 1481.14 feet to an iron rod, for the Southwest
comer of this tract,
THENCE N 00' 07' 30" E 1047.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest comer of Lot 59, for the
Northwest comer of this tract,
THENCE S 89' 00' E with South line of Lot 59 a distance of 1466.84 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 35.07 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto,
and in person or through a duly authonzed agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
