course, in all 479.92 feet to a 6" pipe corner post at the Northeast corner of said 3.51 acres;
THENCE N 89' 47' W, 521.1 feet to a 4" pipe conrer post at an ell corner of 7 69 acres conveyed to Leroy Lakey
at Volume 1415, Page 255, Wichita County Deed Records,
THENCE with East line of 7.69 acres N 00' 28' W 125025 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of this tract;

conveyed to Randal R Wineinger at Vol. 1387, Page 327, Wichita County Deed Records:
THENCE with fence N 00' 06' E 699.2 feet to a 4" pipe fence corner;
THENCE with fence N 89° 54' W, at 394.1 feet pass Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 6, Denton County School
Land, League 2 as shown on plat recorded at Volume 26, Page 673, Wichita County Plat Records, at 1016.1 feet
pass the Northwest corner of Lot 1 and continuing, in all 1046.1 feet to the West line of Block 6 in the center of
Parker Ranch Road;
THENCE with center of Parker Ranch Road, N 00' 03' 30" E, at 2086.8 feet pass the Northwest corner of Denton
County School Land, League 2 and continuing on the same course, in all2766.2 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 240 19 acres of land, of which 3,47 acres lies within Parker Ranch Road right-of-way. leaving a net
of 236.72 acres.
