THENCE with center of Wranglers Retreat Road, S 83' 16' 36" E 1186.26 feet to iron rod found at angle in road,
THENCE with center of said road S 310 42' 50" E 633.77 feet to an iron rod found at angle in road,
THENCE with center of said read, S 01' 00' W 1251.0 feet to an iron rod at bend in road;
THENCE with paved road and with North line of 1716.67 acres conveyed to 0. F. Land Inc. at Volume 1669, Page
772, Wichita County Deed Records, N 89' 33' E 1466.8 feet to its Northeast corner in East line of J Tyler Survey
A-568, a point from which a large brick comer post bears N 72' 46' W 128.5 feet and a fence corner bears S 52`
12' W 106.7 feet,
THENCE with East line of J. Tyler Survey S 00° 14' E. at 367.71 feet the center of F.M Hwy 369 becomes
coincident with the East line of J. Tyler Survey, and continuing on same course in all 2020.36 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING.
