Estates, Section 1, Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded In Vol. 27, Pages 184-185, Wichita County Plat
Records, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Intersection of a curve of the South right—of—way line of Untalan
Street with the West right—of—way line of Reyes Street, said rod also being the Northeast corner of
Lot 1A, Block 6, Guam Estates, Section 1, for the Northeast comer and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this
description, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at sold rod bears S 38' 23' E;
THENCE along the Southwest right—of—way line of Reyes Street as follows:
along a curve to the left, having a radius of 1215.0 feet, a central angle of 2' 37' 24", a distance
of 55.6 feet to a point of tangency,
S 41' 14' E 59.2 feet to an Iron rod for the Southeast corner of sold Lot 1A, Block 6,
for the most Easterly corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving Reyes Street and along the Southeast line of Block 6, Guam Estates, Section 1,
S 53' 00' W 145.0 feet and S 58' 04' 30" W 446.2 feet to an iron rod in the Northeast right—of—way
line of Air Force Drive for the most Southerly corner of Lot 12, Block 6, for the most Southerly corner
of this tract;
THENCE along the Northeast right—of—way line of Air Force Drive, N 32' 03' W 130.0 feet to an iron
rod at the point of intersection with the South right—of—way line of said Untalan Street for the
Northwest corner of '.his tract, said rod also being the Northwest corner of said Lot 12, Block 6;
THENCE along the said South right—of—woy line of Untalan Street as follows:
N 56' 48' E 105.3 feet to an iron rod at a point of curvature;
