Springs Drive an are distance of 89.84 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest comer of

said rod being the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 03' 43' 16' W. with the West line of said Lot 12-B, a distance of 107.32 feet to
on iron rod found at the Northwest comer of said Lot 12-8 and in the South line of a 20.0
foot Alley, said rod being the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE East with the South line of said 20.0 foot Alley, a distance of 157.01 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.318 ACRE of land.
