OF BLOCKS 8, 9, L 10, PARK PLACE SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, WICHITA COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID TRACT MORE
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS,
BEGINNING at a point in the North right-of-way line of Lake Pork Drive
and Southwest Parkway, sold point being the Southwest corner of the
