149.81 feet to an iron for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 86' 38' E a distance of 24.7 feet to an iron for an angle point;
THENCE S 85' 48' E a distance of 110.6 feet to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 04' 08' W a distance of 149.97 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 85' 53' W with the North line of Midwestern Parkway a distance of 135.3 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.466 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through
