THENCE S 000 15' 15" E a distance of 56.9 feet to an iron rod for an angle point;
THENCE S 150 40' 03" E a distance of 540.87 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 890 45' 23" E a distance of 412.15 feet to an Iron rod in the West line of
Wellington. Lane;
THENCE S 210 23' 37" W with the West line of Wellington Lane a distance of 53.78 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing6.229 acresof land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
