Expressway No. 287 for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 79' 48' E with said right-of-way line a distance of 222.60 feet to a highway monument for an angle
point;
THENCE S 84' 12' E with said right-of-way line a distance of 52.41 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 000 14' 37" W a distance of 130.66 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.77 acres
of land.
