at at to Charlie Wright at ux by deed recorded in Volume 1079. Page 400, Wichita
County Deed Records, said point being North 467.9 feet from its Southwest corner;
THENCE North with the West line of said 160 acre tract and the centerline of Huntington
Road 210.0 feet to a point for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 890 56' 43" E parallel with the South line of said 160 acre tract, at 30.0 feet
pass an iron rod and continuing N 890 56' 43" E, in all a distance of 1452.0 feet to a
point for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE South parallel with the West line of said 160 acre tract 210.0 feet to an iron
rod for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 890 56' 43" W parallel with the South line of said 160 acre tract, at 1422 feet
pass an iron rod and continuing S 890 56' 43" W. in all a distance of 1452.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 7.00 acres of land
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is
subscribed thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates
to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains,
easements, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
expressed.
