being on the centerline of State Highway 258, N 88' 48' W-1131.3 feet from the Southeast corner
of Block 2;
THENCE N 00' 46' E, at 50 feet pass iron rod found, at 1156.0 feet pass Northwest corner of Lot 1
and continuing on same course in all 2425.15 feet to iron rod found in North line of Block 2 for the
Northwest corner of this tract and Northeast corner of Ed Syptak Tract as Described at Volume 1713,
Page 32, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE with North line of Block 2, S 88' 51' E 188.18 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest
corner of M.G. Beasley tract;
THENCE with Beasley's West line S 00' 45' 30' W at 2375.30 feet pass iron rod found, and continuing
on same course in all 2425.30 feet to the center of State Highway 258;
THENCE with center of Highway 258, N 88' 48' W 188.55 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and
containing 10,486 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed hereto, and in person
