Whereas, Oscar Dominguez, Melba I. Watson and John D. Ward are the owners of a
tract of land out of the John Thomas Survey, A-283, Wichita County Texas
described more specifically as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of this property, set a ' inch reinforcing
rod at the beginning point of this tract, said point being a record distance
and bearing, North 79 degrees, 48 minutes West 64.71 feet and South 89 degrees
45 minutes, 23 seconds West 2155.05 feet from the Southeast corner of John
Thomas Survey A-283, also being the S,r_,��QQ thwest corner of a 5.0 acre tract.
THENCE North 79 degrees, 48 minutes,A7 0.24 feet along the North line of U. S.
Expressway 287, found a k inch reinforcing rod in concrete, the Southeast
corner of a 1.5 acre tract.
THENCE North 00 degrees, 17 minutes, 48 seconds, West 578.8 feet with the East
line of said 1.5 acre to its Northeast corner, the Northwest Corner of this
tract.
THENCE North 89 degrees, 42 minutes, 12 seconds East 305.05 feet, set a It inch
reinforcing rod in gravel road for the Northeast corner of this tract, the
Northwest corner of a 5.0 acre tract.
THENCE South 00 degrees, 17 minutes, 48 seconds East 635.32 feet along the
West line of 5.0 acre tract in gravel road to the point of beginning S con-
taining 4.251 acres of land, more or less.
