THENCE N 000 03' W 645.0 feet along the East line of a 5.00 Acre tract to a 1/2 inch iron rod found cn
the South line of State Highway 79 for the Northwest cornerof this tract;
THENCE N 89° 14' 34" E 135.0 feet along the South line of State Highway 79 to a 1/2 inch iron rod slat;
THENCE S 000 03' E 646.86 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Southeast cornerof this tract;
THENCE N 890 58' W 135.0 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 2.00 Acres of land. The
bearings in these Field Notes are NAD 83 Grid bearings from Solar Observations.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon aid
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever 911
