WHEREAS, Allen Chacon is the owner of a tract of land out of John Thomas
Survey, A-283, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the West line of a 160 acre tract conveyed by Edna M. Miller
et al to Charlie Wright et ux by deed recorded in Volume 1079, Page 400, Wichita
County Deed Records, said point being South 1616.3 feet from its Northwest corner for
the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE South with the West line of said 160 acre tract and the centerline of
Huntington Road 150.0 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East at 30.0 feet pass an iron rod and continuing, in all a distance of 1452.0
feet to an iron rod for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE North 150.0 feet to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tact;
THENCE West, at 106.4 feet pass the Southeast corner of siad 19.28 acre tract, at 1422
feet pass an iron rod and continuing West, in all a distance of 1452.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 5.0 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is
subscribed thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates
to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains,
easements, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
expressed.
