Reynolds Survey, A-251, Wichita County Texas described by metes and bounds as follows
BEGINNING at an iron rod set in the South right-of-way of State Highway No. 79 at the Northeast corner of
a three acre tract conveyed to Lakeview Assembly of God by deed recorded at Volume 1131, Page 658,
Wichita County Deed Records,
THENCE with the East line of said Church three acre tract and West line of Spragins tract, S 01" 02' W 619.5
feet to an iron rod set in the North line of W M Thacker, Jr . 3.66 acre tract as described at Volume 1521.

THENCE N 88' 58' W a distance of 265 0 feet to an iron rod found at Thacker's Northwest comer,
THENCE N 01" 02' E a distance of 368 0 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Clyde D. & J.,
Inc , tract as recorded at Volume 1251, Page 283, Wichita County Deed Records, said rod being in the South
lire of State Highway No 79 right-of-way;
THENCE with the South line of Stale Highway No 79 and with a curve to the left having a radius of 5781.6
feet for a distance of 118 9 feet to an iron rod found at the end of curve:
THENCE N 47' 20' E a distance of 246.45 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.0 acres of
land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed hereto, and in person or
through a duty authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown or the purposes and consideration therein
expressed
