DEED RECORDS, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING at a 3" pipe fence corner at the Northwest corner of Lot 31, Sterling Stone Estates as
shown on plot recorded of Volume 26, Pages 744-745, Wichita County Plot Records, some being the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with fence on the West line of Blocks 1 and 14, and the East line of Lots 30, 18 & 19,
Sterling Stone Estates, N 00'57' E 1131.47 feet to a fence corner at the Southwest corner of a
tract conveyed to Amber and Robert Wainscott by deed recorded at Volume 1707. Page 878,
Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE with fence S 88'30'40" E, at 2781.34 feet pass Southeast comer of Lot 10, Adee
Subdivision as shown on plat recorded at Volume 23, Page 275, WichRO County Plat Records, and
continuing on the same course, in all 2811.34 feet to the Northeast comer of this tract in
'center of Turkey Ranch Road;
THENCE with East line of Blocks 1 and 14 and center of Turkey Ranch Road S 00'55' W 1131.22
feet to the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 88'31' W, at 30 feet pass Northeast corner of Lot 31, Sterling Stone Estates, and
continuing with fence on North line of Lot 31, in all 2812.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
