Shaw Survey, A-378, continuing in all 2012.1 feet to a point on the center of a public road, the Northeast corner of this tract; THENCE S 00' 39' W with centerline of said public road 433 1 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of this tract; THENCE N 880 25' W, at 173.4 feet passing the Southeast corner of said E.G. Knight Survey, continuing, in all 2011.3 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 20.0 acres of land, being 18.25 acres in the E.G Knight Survey and 1.75 acre in the Hrs. Wm. Shaw Survey.
