BEGINNING at a point in the South line of Block 2, Margaret Ramsey Survey, A-471, said
point being in the center of State Highway No. 258 N 880 48' W 1131.3 feet from the
Southeast corner of Block 2 for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 88' 48' W with the South line of Block 2 and the center of State Highway No.
258 a distance of 188.6 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 000 47' E, at 50.0 feet pass an iron rod in the North line of State Highway No.
258 and continuing on same course, in all a distance of 1156.0 feet to an iron rod for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 88' 48' E a distance of 188.2 feet to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 000 46' W, at 1106.0 feet pass an iron rod in the North line of State Highway
No. 258 and continuing on same course, in all a distance of 1156.0 feet feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 5.0 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
