THENCE S 850 10' W 750.00feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Southwest cornerof this tract;
THENCE N 000 47' 36" E 116.5 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Northwest cornerof this tract;
THENCE N 850 10' E 750.0 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the West line of Goodman Road for the
Northeast cornerof this tract;
THENCE S 00° 47' 36" W 116.5 feet along the West line of Goodman Road to the Place of Beginning and
containing 2.00 Acres of land. The bearings in these Field Notes are NAD 83 Grid bearings from
Triangulation Station Ray.
