WHEREAS W.W. Wells is owner of 0.83 Acre of land out of Block 37, Cherokee County School Land,
Wichita County, Texas and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod found at the Southeast corner of Lot 6, Block 1, Purdy Subdivision
as shown of the plat of record in Volume 16, Pages 35 & 36, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE N 000 45' E 150.0 feet to a P-K Nail found on the East side of a 4' pipe fence corner post for
the Northeast corner of Lot 6 and the Northwest cornerof this tract;
THENCE N 88° 10' E at 80.0 feet pass a 1/2 inch iron rod set, in all a total distance of 237.87 feet to a
1/2 inch iron rod found for the Northeast corner of this tract;
0 THENCE S 00 34' W 153.16 feet along the West line of a tract owned by Perry Monroe to a 1/2 inch iron
rod set on the South line of the abandoned W.F. & 0. Railroad and the North line of Goodman Road for
the Southeast corner of this tract, the Southeast corner of Block 37, Cherokee County School Land
bears N 880 56' E 111.65 feet and S 00° 47' 38" W 5770,0 feet;
THENCE S 88° 56' W along the South line of the abandoned railroad and the North line of Goodman Road
at 158.25feet pass a 1/2 inch iron rod set, in all a total distanceof 238.25feet to the Placeof Beginning
and containing 0.83 Acre of land. The bearings in these Field Notes are NAD 83 Grid bearings from
Triangulation Station Ray.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereon and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water, water courses, drains, easements and public places shown thereon for
the purposes and consideratignstherein expressed.
