BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod set that is S 890 58' E 397.16 feet and N 000 03' W 752.66 feet from the
Southwest corner of Block 11, Cherokee County School -Land;
THENCE N 00° 03' W 346.89 feet along the East line of a 5.00 Acre tract owned by Michael and Mary
Martinez, Volume 435, Page 454 to a 1/2 inch iron rod found on the South line of State Highway 79 for
the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 14' 34" E 250.02 feet along the South line of State Highway 79 to a 1/2 inch iron rod set;
THENCE S 000 03' E 349.98 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 890 57' W 250.00 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 2.00 Acres of land. The
bearings in these Field Notes are NAD 83 Grid bearings from Solar Observations.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all
