BEGINNING at a point in the West line of Block 71 Denton County School Land, League 2, said point
being in the center of Turkey Ranch Road N 00' 04' W 845.1 feet from the Southwest corner of Block
7 for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 04' W with the West line of Block 7 and the center of Turkey Ranch Road a distance of
176.4 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 221 E, at 30.0 feet pass an iron rod in the East line of Turkey Ranch Road and
continuing on same course, in all it distance of 271.6 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 04• E a distance of 176.4 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 22, W, at 241.6 feet pass an iron rod in the East line of Turkey Ranch Road and
continuing on same course, in all a distance of 271.6 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
