WHEREAS, Joseph Do Is the owner of a tract of land out of Block 5, Kemp's Subdivision of
the William Mayer Survey, A-193, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the South line of Kovarik Road which bears West 488.75
feet from its intersection with the West line of Barnett Road, sold iron rod is also the
Northwest comer of Lot 3, Block 5, Kemp's Subdivision of the William Mayer Survey, A-193,
as shown on plat recorded in Volume 27, Pages 606 ands 607, Wichita County Plot Records,
for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 05' W with the West line of said Lot 3, a distance of 445.48 feet to an iron
rod found for the Southeast comer of this tract and the Southwest comer of said Lot 3;
THENCE N 89' 59' W along the North line of a tract conveyed to C. L. Gage, Jr, as recorded
in Volume 1761, Page 451, Official Public Records of Wichita County, a distance of 560.68
feet to a 4' steel pipe fence comer for the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 04' 18' 16' W along the East line of a 0.733 acre tract of land, a distance
446.48 feet to an iron rod found in the South line of Kovarik Road for the Northwest comer
of this tract;
THENCE East along the South right—of—way line of Kovarik Road, a distance of 594.83 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 5.90 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
