metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southwest comer of a tract conveyed to Noah L.
Garland by deed recorded in Volume 1986, Page 152, Offical Public Records of Wichita County,
said rod being in the North line of Kovarik Road and 78.4 feet North of the South line of
Block 1, Kemp's Subdivision of William Mayer Survey, A-193, as shown on plat recorded at
Volume 1, Page 38, Wichita County Plat Records, also being the Southeast comer of Lot 4,
Block 1, Kemp's Subdivision of William Mayer Survey as recorded at Volume 27, Pages
231-232, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 53' W with the North line of Kovarik Road, the South line of said Lot 4, and
the South line of Lots 3 and 1, Block 1, a distance of 498.3 feet to an iron rod found at
the Southwest comer of said Lot 1, said rod being the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 11' W with the West line of said Lot 1 a distance of 452.9 feet to on iron rod
found at the Northwest comer of said Lot 1, for an ell comer of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 59' W with the North line of Lot 2, Block 1, a distance of 193.1 feet to an
iron rod found at the Northwest comer of said Lot 2, and in the East line of a tract
conveyed to William T. and Brenda S. Maxwell by deed recorded at Volume 1903, Page 826,
Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the most Westerly Southwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 00' 11' W with the West line of Lot 1, Block 1 and the East line of said Maxwell
tract o distance of 1990.9 feet to an 8 inch fence post at the Northeast comer of said
Maxwell tract, for the Northwest comer of said Lot 1 and the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE East with the North line of said Lot 1 and the North line of Block 1, Kemp's
Subdivision, a distance of 690.50 feet to an iron rod set at the Northwest comer of
aforementioned Garland tract, said rod being the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 12' E along the West line of said Garland tract, a distance of 2442.6 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 36.74 Acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
