N 000 02' 39" W 74.1 feet from the Southeast corner of Block 2, as recorded in Volume 1,
Page 38, Wichita County Plat Record, said rod being N 00' 02' 39" W 74.1 the Southwest
comer of a tract conveyed to Tommy W. Reece in Volume 1067, Page 170, Wichita County
Deed Records, and the Southeast corner of a tract conveyed to E. A. Honkomp in Volume
1222, Page 518, Wichita County Deed Records, for the Southwest corner of this tract,
THENCE N 000 01' 44" W with the East line of Honkomp tract, a distance of 697.93 feet
to an iron rod found for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 58' 58" E a distance of 141.07 feet to an iron rod set for the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 000 02' 11" E a distance of 697.93 feet to an iron rod set in the North line of
Kovarik Road for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 890 58' 58" W with the North line of Kovarik Road, a distance of 141.17 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.249 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places there
on shown for the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
