the Southwest corner of Block 1, as recorded in Volume 1, Page 38, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Southwest corner of this tract,
THENCE N 000 12' W with the West line of Block 1, a distance of 523.6 feet to an iron rod for the Northwest comer of this tract,
THENCE East a distance of 320 3 feet to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tract,
THENCE S 00' 12' E a distance of 524.16 feet to an iron rod in the North line of Kovarik Road for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 54' W with the North line of Kovarik Road a distance of 320.3 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.872 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates
to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places there on shown or the purposes and consideration
