BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the North line of Kovarik Road at the Southwest corner of
said Lot 7 and the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Vaughn Alan Dowd by
deed recorded in Document #20186559, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 12' 00" E, with the West line of said Lot 7 and the East line of said Dowd
tract, a distance of 689.95 feet to a capped iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said
Lot 8 and the Southwest corner of Lot 12, Block 1, Kemp's Subdivision of the William Mayer
Survey, A-193 as recorded in Volume 28, Pages 1136 and 1137, Wichita County Plat Records,
for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 54' 19" E, with the North line of said Lot 8 and the South line of said Lot 12,
a distance of 309.91 feet to a capped iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said Lot 8
and the Northwest corner of Lot 13, said Block 1, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 09' 46" W, with the East line of said Lot 8 and the West line of said Lot 13,
a distance of 190.06 feet to an iron rod found at the most Easterly Southeast corner of
said Lot 8 and the Northeast corner of Lot 9, Block 1, Kemp's Subdivision of the William
Mayer Survey, A-193 as recorded in Volume 28, Pages 907 and 908, Wichita County Plat
Records, for the most Northerly Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 50' 42" W, with the South line of said Lot 8 and the North line of said Lot 9,
a distance of 120.04 feet to a capped iron rod found at an ell corner of said Lot 8 and the
Northwest corner of said Lot 9, for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 10' 50" W, with the East line of said Lot 8 and the West line of said Lot 9, a
distance of 500.03 feet to a capped iron rod found in the North line of Kovarik Road at the
most Southerly Southeast corner of said Lot 8 and the Southwest corner of said Lot 9, for
the most Southerly Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 54' 03" W, with the North line of said Kovarik Road and the South line of said
Lot 8 and Lot 7, a distance of 190.17 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.53
acres of land.
