THENCE S 89' 46' 37" E with the South line of said White tract and a second tract of land conveyed to Harold White, Jr.

for reference, continuing along the some course, a total distance of 878.98 feet to an iron rod found in the West
Right -of -Way line of Barnett Road for the Southeast corner of said White tract and the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 13' 26" W with the West Right -of -Way line of Barnett Road, a distance of 299.91 feet to the PLACE of
BEGINNING and containing 7.00 acres of land.
