an iron rod 1.4 feet North of fence corner;
THENCE with least line of Lobley 40 acres, S 0'12' E 2442.6 feet to an Iron rod found In
North line of Kovarik Road right—of—way which is 78.4 feet North of the Southeast corner of
Lobley 40 acres;
THENCE with North line of Kovarik Road, S 89'53' W 691.2 feet to an iron rod found in West line
of Lobley 40 acres which is 77.0 feet North of its Southwest corner;
THENCE with fence on West line of Lobley 40 acres, N 011' W — 2444.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING, and containing 38.75 acres of land.
